Purchasing Items
Option 1
List items you would like to order within an e-mail denyse@stoneartdesigns.fsnet.co.uk. Provide a delivery address, how you would like to pay (Cheque, Postal order, etc, etc, etc) and we will reply stating the Total Cost including Postage and Packing and whether items are in stock.
Option 2
View the shop galleries and use the PayPal (Add to basket) button to add an item to your order, when you have finished selecting all you wish to purchase continue through the PayPal payment procedures. If you do not already have an account with PayPal and would like to set one up (this takes only a few minutes). Once set up PayPal will guide you through the payment terms. (Payment must be received before any goods are despatched. please make all Cheques & Postal orders payable to (D.Shorrocks).
Postage & Packing
(To ensure costs are kept to minimum and help the environment we may use recycled packaging).
For UK customers please allow 2 weeks from receipt of payment for arrival of goods, in the event that goods have not arrived within this time period please contact us so we can investigate and rectify.
For Overseas customers please allow up to 28 days from receipt of payment for goods to arrive). In the event that goods have not arrived within this time period please contact us so we can investigate and rectify.
